+ With physical products:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of item(s) delivery

+ With virtual products:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of item(s) delivery

Reasons

 – We will approve your renew / refund request if it belongs to one of these situations

  • You don't receive your item(s)
  • The item(s) is damged or defective
  • The item(s) is / are wrong or missing
  • The item(s) is / are being inactive not by the buyer
  • The product information (specification or description) does not match our public declaration.

 – If your request reason cannot be found in above list, please send your request with clear proof directly to our Support Email.


Disclaimer

 – Your renew / refund request will be refused if it belongs to one of these situations below

 + With physical products:

  • The item(s) has / have been used, damaged, or taken out of its / their original package
  •  The fault / defective item(s) is / are a result of misuse or neglect
  • You change your mind after your item(s) has been sent to the cargo company
  • Your request time is expired

 + With physical products:

  • The item is abused function for any bad purpose
  • You change your mind
  • You violate one of our vendor product’s terms and policies
  • Your request time is expired

Process

 – The process of renew / refund request is happened through 3 steps

Step 01: Request Submitted

Buyer, please send your request through our Request Ticket below or our Support Email. Make sure we have received & acknowledged your request via our reply email

Step 02: Request Verified

Our Customer Service will review all information in your request. Please keep in touch with us to receive your verification status notification email.

Step 03: Request Completed

If your request meets one of our mentioned conditions & is approved for renew / refund, you will receive your money within 3 – 7 business days. In contrast, an explanation email for the reason why your request is refused will be also sent to you.
